Promoted to lead the division to be perceived as the preferred Facilities Management service provider for Public Schools and establish market dominance within the company’s geographic footprint. The overarching objective is to drive year-over-year revenue and margin growth of 10%.

 

The portfolio comprises ~$95 million in revenue and ~50 million square feet. Coordinating efforts with a team of 14 Business Development Managers and 9 Regional Vice Presidents.
