Director of Facility Support

Recruited to drive revenue of the education market and expand service offerings related to maintenance. Responsible for developing and implementing an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) program intended to increase service offering and significant revenue growth. The primary function of this role was Program/Solutions Development and Pricing for large contracts.  Portfolio consists of ~$105M in revenues; servicing ~75M square feet. Supported a team of 8 Business Development Managers and 4 Regional Vice Presidents. 

 

Role consists to four primary objectives:

  1. Drive revenues by serving as the Solutions Developer for IFM opportunities across the company footprint

  2. Develop operational protocols supporting IFM Contracts,

  3. Oversee operations for complex contracts

  4. Developed and implemented an Account Retention Program

Improve profit margins

Corporative Initiative to increase margins for clients within the education market by 5 points by 2024.

Results:

  • 2021 - division margins increase by 1.2 points,; primarily via operational efficiencies 

  • 2022 - Margins improved by 1.8 points; primarily via increased margins for new accounts
