District Manager (January 2001-August 2011)

Managed facility management contracts across a five-state region. Services provide to Higher Education and K-12 clients. Book of business consisted of ~$34M in annual revenues with an associated portfolio of ~22M square feet.

 

Services provided by my team include: Plant Operations & Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Housekeeping, Energy Management, Construction/Renovations, HVAC Infrastructure Upgrades and Telecommunications.

 

Accountable for client retention, customer satisfaction, P & L, budgeting, compliance audits, contract administration, development of financial packages for sales proposals and sales presentations.

 

Directed 45 salaried managers and ~750 hourly employees.
